We’re looking for the first Engineering Manager to join as Bluefish’s engineering leadership team. Lead a team of Engineers and collaborate with a product manager to define and shape a strong product roadmap and technical strategy. You will also be responsible for the backend system on call rotation that spans multiple squads across Home Foundation and the larger observability strategy for Home. Have direct influence in how home loads today, going beyond the single request load to incremental and pull to refresh loading paradigms that require close partnership with Experience mission.

Partner with a cross-functional team to deliver AI-powered products that change how associates work and how customers interact with Capital One. Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and support AI software components. Contribute to the technical vision and the long term roadmap of foundational AI systems at Capital One. Attract and retain top talent in the AI industry and nurture development for your team. Foster a culture of learning and staying abreast of the state-of-the-art in AI.

In this role, you will define and deliver the long-term AI platform strategy, aligning technical direction with Canva’s broader product and AI research vision. You will also define and deliver the next-generation AI platform, transforming how AI is developed, evaluated, and deployed at global scale. Partnering with leaders across Engineering, Product, and Data to ensure AI enablement across Canva’s ecosystem.

We are looking for a Head of Application Engineering to lead the Applications team, reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will oversee and drive all user-facing applications of poolside, this includes a range of poolside Assistants deployed directly on the most popular IDEs and soon, a product suite that allows engineers everywhere to manage and orchestrate their agents and workflows.
