- Work within sprint cycles, committing to scoped deliverables and consistently meeting assigned deadlines.
- Review and improve existing code while maintaining performance, readability, and scalability.
- Participate in technical discussions and help shape best practices for AI‑assisted and agentic development.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong, hands‑on fluency with TypeScript, including building and maintaining scalable, maintainable code within modern application architectures.
- Proven ability to deliver high output in sprint‑based development environments.
- Fluent or very strong English communication skills.
