Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and help resolve product bugs related to payments, including basic debugging (reproduction steps, data validation).
  • Design, test and “productionize” new customer support flows for payments, then hand them over to support teams.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating product experiments, promotions and rollouts (set-up, tracking, follow-up).

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, operations, support or product-adjacent role in a software / SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset; very comfortable with numbers, Google Sheets/Excel and basic metrics.
  • Fluent English and at least one of: Spanish or Polish (Italian or Brazilian Portuguese are a strong plus).
