What You’ll Do:

  • Plan , organize, and track project milestones across product, tech, business, and operational teams.
  • Define and support day-to-day execution of tasks, ensuring clarity around deliverables, timelines, and owners.
  • Help maintain project documentation, status reports, and retrospectives for continuous improvement.

Data-Guided Insights:

  • Work with basic data extraction tools or SQL queries to pull relevant metrics or datasets for analysis.
  • Assist in gathering and summarizing quantitative and qualitative data to inform project and operational decisions.
  • Support the use of operational metrics (e.g. volumes, response times, recurring issues) to help identify patterns, priorities, and improvement opportunities.

Operational & Cross-Market Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with local customer support and operational teams to understand workflows, constraints, and country-specific realities.
  • Support the rollout of global initiatives into local operations, helping adapt processes, documentation, and communication where needed.
  • Help identify operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies and work with stakeholders to propose practical, scalable improvements.
