This role is for a hands‑on, strategic Director of FP&A to own our forecasting engine, bring clarity to our growth path, and embed finance as a true partner across the business. You’ll work directly with the VP of Finance and executive team to build and maintain a forward‑looking model that’s accurate, accountable, and actionable, helping guide mission‑aligned growth for our fintech/SaaS company powering nonprofits and empowering changemakers.

HighLevel is seeking a Sr. Corp FP&A Manager to join our growing FP&A team. This is a high visibility, execution-oriented role responsible for supporting the company’s consolidated financial planning, reporting, and investor-facing deliverables. You’ll play a key role in managing our corporate model, driving our strategic planning process, and delivering accurate and insightful reporting for senior leadership, the Board, and external stakeholders.

Lead the development and delivery of services in areas such as FP&A operating cadence, capital efficiency, and board-ready insights across SaaS portfolio companies. Standardize SaaS-native KPIs and modeling frameworks, including ARR waterfalls, net/gross retention, CAC payback, LTV/CAC, and NRR bridges. Implement driver-based planning and rolling forecasts tied to bookings, headcount, capacity, and product economics.

Drive strategic planning, performance management, and operational rigor across our go-to-market organization. This high-impact role will report to the VP of Finance and work closely with the CFO and Executive Leadership Team. You’ll be a key advisor on critical business decisions across revenue, sales, marketing, and customer success.

As a key member of our Finance team, you’ll own the financial insights and analytics that power PushPress’ go-to-market strategy. The role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, connecting financial rigor to how we acquire, convert, and retain customers. You’ll partner closely with our CRO and VP of Growth to understand the drivers of revenue and efficiency across the funnel.

$105,000–$125,000/yr

In this highly visible role, you’ll join a small, agile finance team with significant runway to develop, implement, and execute on Runwise’s financial strategy. Reporting to the Strategic Finance Manager, you’ll join a high-growth start-up as the second strategic finance hire, and leverage your analytical skills to solve complex financial challenges.
