FP&A Expert

Role Overview:

• You’ll own the planning, forecasting, and analytical infrastructure that powers decision-making as we scale.
• You’ll work closely with the department leads to drive company-wide planning and reporting processes.
• You will own the full data stack and tooling associated with our FP&A workflows.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead monthly close reviews: prepare budget vs. actual analysis, explain variances.
• Track and report on SaaS and operational KPIs, and surface the insights behind the metrics.
• Improve the FP&A tech stack and process: drive better data quality, automate reporting.

What Success Looks Like:

• The annual plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly close packages are reliable, trusted, and timely.
• SaaS metrics and KPIs are calculated consistently, derived from a single source of truth, and easy for the business to consume.
• Strategic decisions on pricing, hiring, capital allocation, and investments are supported by rigorous analysis.
