Strategic Ownership & Thought Leadership:

• Bring proactive ideas and financial strategy to executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvements in processes and team capabilities.
• Serve as a financial voice and strategic advisor for SaaS and BPaaS.

People Leadership & Team Development:

• Lead, develop, and retain a team of financial analysts.
• Set performance expectations and build a culture of accountability.
• Develop team capabilities in modeling and executive communication.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Lead monthly close activities and translate results into business narratives.
• Design financial models for scenario planning and investment prioritization.

Business Partnership:

• Partner with leadership to develop revenue forecasts and track pipeline conversion.
• Build revenue models incorporating ARR, bookings, churn, and upsell.
• Monitor SaaS metrics and margin, translating trends into insights.
