As a Strategic Finance Manager, Marketing at Vanta, you will be a financial liaison between the Strategic Finance team and marketing functions at the company. You will provide strategic guidance, complete projects related to marketing investments, and handle budgeting/forecasting. This role blends financial know-how, thought leadership, and business partnership, strengthening execution and unlocking strategic capacity for the Finance team and Vanta.

Own the monthly and quarterly commission payout process, calculating, validating, and reconciling payments with speed and precision. Manage inputs across Salesforce, payroll, and reporting tools to ensure end-to-end data accuracy. Serve as the primary contact for commission payments, answering questions and resolving discrepancies. Build and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into compensation trends.

Drive long-term revenue outcomes across multiple different Shopping Categories. Understand, analyze, and forecast business factors such as customer acquisition, engagement, monetization, and retention. This role will work closely with Product, Sales, and Tech teams to drive product strategies and business outcomes.
