As a Financial Analyst, you will be an integral part of our Accounting team, leveraging your accounting knowledge and professional experiences to achieve financial reporting completeness and accuracy, as well as have a vision for continued improvement. You will focus on core areas of the financial statements including but not limited to accruals, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, amongst others. You will partner with internal stakeholders, across the organization and internationally.

Studio Business Group (SBG) is looking for a Senior Analyst to be part of the team responsible for financial modeling and analysis of SBG titles and projects, supporting decision-making within the SBG portfolio. This team will own modeling and valuation standards, ensuring each IP, title, and business opportunity has an up-to-date financial model and scenarios. This role provides analytical support to key decision-making and business processes.

This internship is a remote opportunity for an aspiring data-driven professional with interest in the Financial Services industry. Participate with team members on loss model validation services and conduct thorough research on issues utilizing firm software. Collaborate with team to provide high-value client services and suggest ways to help us improve data management, flow, and analysis.

This role involves collaborating to develop new processes and investment decision-making frameworks, driving strategic decision-making in a constantly changing environment, and overseeing the financial viability of adoption and retention initiatives. The Senior Manager will own the quarterly planning process and work to optimize the balance between growth and profitability. They will identify and quantify key risks & opportunities, support special projects, and track/analyze key business/financial KPIs.

Support the calculation, analysis, and reporting of sales commissions across the organization interacting with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to ensure timely and accurate commission payments and help improve existing processes by maintaining and updating an incentive compensation management tool.

As part of the Finance & Strategy Team, you will play a major role in defining the company’s financial plan, provide financial and operational decision support to cross-functional partners, and perform market research to help inform the company’s strategy & product roadmap. This role will have high visibility across the executive team and will require you to solve the most complex, interesting challenges of a rapidly-scaling startup.

This job involves creating accurate pricing analyses to inform homeowners of their rental home's earning potential. The goal is to reduce vacancy time by accurately pricing homes before listing. The role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and critical thinking to ensure pricing analyses reflect current market value through analysis of the market and comparable homes. You will work with the sales team and determine renewal pricing.
