The Director of Finance will be responsible for working directly with leadership to shape company-wide financial strategy while building out the processes, models, and reporting frameworks that empower data-driven decision making across the business. This role requires experience managing FP&A and strategic finance in high-growth and/or startup environments.
Influence key strategic decisions and investments through rigorous financial analysis. Partner with senior leaders to understand their top priorities and align your strategic objectives accordingly. Prepare monthly financial/operational KPI reports by department. Track performance against budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, and make informed recommendations to improve financial efficiency.
As a Financial Specialist on our team, you will support the smooth and accurate execution of payment operations by managing payment processes, conducting reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with financial and contractual requirements and you will also oversee and manage foreign exchange control processes.
