As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the customer success manager and the day-to-day trusted partner to school districts in the Southeast, driving their success with Cartwheel and owning their renewal. You’ll serve as the quarterback between school staff and Cartwheel’s resources, ensure schools have an excellent experience collaborating with our team, and provide guidance on strategic and operational questions as they arise.

Cartwheel is seeking a Director of Care Operations to oversee operations supporting clinicians, schools, and families. You will build Cartwheel’s Provider Support and School Support functions and you will oversee Cartwheel’s existing Care Coordination function and team of 20 people that supports students and families. You will design and implement improvements to drive efficiency and to improve the quality of our care operations.
