Join Cartwheel in tackling the student mental health crisis. As a Mental Health Therapist, you'll work directly with school staff, students, and families in partner school districts to build stronger systems of mental health support, providing excellent care, including mental health assessments and skills-based teletherapy. You'll collaborate with school counselors and other relevant providers, building trusted relationships with school staff and families.

Join Cartwheel to help tackle the student mental health crisis as a Corporate Recruiter. As a member of the growing Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across Cartwheel. You will own full cycle corporate recruitment in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team and partner with hiring managers across the organization to advise and support their hiring needs.

You’ll help Cartwheel deepen partnerships with existing district partners and develop Cartwheel’s playbook for winning renewals and expansions year on year, expanding impact within each district, growing the revenue base, and reinforcing Cartwheel’s role as the trusted mental health partner in the communities served.
