Perform virtual remote counseling, psychotherapy, comprehensive mental health evaluations, compile patient medical data, including health history and mental status examination findings. Determine and implement behavioral health treatment plans, evaluate results of mental health assessments, and provide evidence-based therapeutic support to patients. Conduct monthly chart reviews as part of our peer review QA process, as assigned.

Provide individual therapy through synchronous video sessions to adults with a wide range of mental health conditions. Provide therapy and support to students using the TimelyCare platform, partnering with them to identify needs, develop treatment plans, and guide them to other TimelyCare services. You will join a mental health team that consists of Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LI/CSW), Professional Counselors (LPC/LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and Clinical Psychologists (LP/LCP).

Provide Psychotropic medication management to assist patients with problems ranging from short-term interpersonal issues to severe, chronic conditions. Provide virtual therapy to college students, delivering high-quality care using evidence-based interventions. Utilize the collaboration portal to connect with students and maintain timely records. Partner with the administrative support team to enhance overall student care and collaborate with leadership during critical patient scenarios.

Deliver direct and indirect psychological services to support students with IEPs. Conduct psycho-educational evaluations of students’ academic, cognitive, social, and emotional functioning. Develop and monitor IEP goals focused on social, emotional, and behavioral growth. Serve as a vital member of multidisciplinary teams.

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Full-time Behavioral Health Specialist for our department supporting patients within and around the Hoboken / Jersey City, NJ area. This position is primarily remote, with the possibility of occasional in-person visits in the future based on patient needs. The Social Worker Care Manager will support the mental and physical healthcare of patients on an assigned patient caseload, screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders, and facilitate patient engagement and follow-up care.

Provides Department of Transportation (DOT) and non-DOT regulated clients, with substance abuse case-management services including supportive consultation, guidance and referral assistance to individuals testing positive during routine or random drug and alcohol screenings. Oversees employees’ compliance with all requirements resulting from a positive drug test. Provides crisis intervention services and linkage to resources for the appropriate level of care, including community resources.
