  • Own the design and facilitation of the CHW onboarding and ongoing training focused on member engagement, care coordination, documentation, and community resource navigation grounded in best practices and industry standards
  • Create and maintain training materials (scripts, role plays, workflows, and field guides) that reflect real CHW scenarios and support consistency across the team
  • Partner with CHW managers and field teams to identify gaps, gather feedback, and continuously improve training based on member needs, program goals, and performance data

  • Own and lead the full accounting function, including AR/AP, general ledger, close, and financial reporting
  • Design, implement, and enforce internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to ensure GAAP compliance and audit readiness
  • Own technical accounting matters, including revenue recognition and complex transactions as the business evolves

US 3w PTO

  • Provide clinical oversight and guidance to CHWs and BHCMs, including escalation support for complex and high-risk patients
  • Lead clinical case reviews, identifying gaps in care and ensuring care plans are clinically appropriate and aligned with health plan requirements
  • Support care coordination across medical, behavioral health, and social needs, including collaboration with external providers and hospitals
