Role Description:
- The Patient Support Specialist connects with patients via phone to complete intakes, educate about services, and schedule appointments.
- This role requires bilingual English-Spanish skills and experience in a high-volume contact center or patient access role.
- The position reports to the Director of Patient Support and involves meeting performance goals with empathy and professionalism.
