Responsibilities:

  • Triage incoming phone calls with professional etiquette from members and pharmacies with minimal support.
  • Identify and resolve issues, address concerns promptly, and provide support for call center staff.
  • Effectively communicate issues and solutions to members, pharmacies, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer service, call center, and/or healthcare experience with passion for building customer loyalty.
  • Bilingual Spanish highly preferred; Medicare experience preferred.

Salary and Work Environment:

  • Hourly rate: $26.00 USD.
  • Remote, US-based position in a fast-paced, metric-driven call center environment.
  • Standard training hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm Eastern.
