Compensation and Hours:
- Current pay is $21.00 per hour for this full-time position (40 hours).
- Hours may include evenings and weekends, with mandatory full-time training Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Eastern Time for the first 3 weeks.
- All hours worked in Eastern Standard Time.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
- Associate's degree and experience in a call center or busy phone system required.
- Electronic appointment scheduling, strong customer service, and excellent verbal communication skills required.
Work Arrangement:
- This position is available for remote work.
- Remote workers must live and work in the United States (territories excluded).
- Remote workers must have access to reliable, high-speed internet.
