Analyze client activity and inquiries to identify trends, proactively addressing common challenges and opportunities. Provide exceptional service to our clients and identify opportunities to go above and beyond.

Provide top notch customer service in a fast-paced environment, educate and assist customers and health care providers with Verisys services and data, and maintain high-performance metrics around quality, accuracy, as well as customer satisfaction. This role will be involved in all aspects of customer service, including solving problems and answering questions.

Provide timely and world class customer support to users via multiple channels, managing incoming support cases by prioritizing based on severity. An ability to handle clients with a high level of confidence during all interactions is key, alongside LTHC Industry and PCC Platform Experience.
