You will collaborate with the Creative Director to define and execute the creative vision for BHG Financial by designing and launching campaigns across various platforms, exploring AI-driven tools for design, and maintaining brand alignment across all marketing touch points.

A motivated IT professional who is passionate about all things database-related is needed. The candidate should be able to tune, install, and configure database servers, set up servers for the database environment including Production and Non-production, and provide practical knowledge and support. The candidate should be proficient in SQL Clustering, Backup and recovery, Database performance, and ensuring data security.

As a Full-stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building the work needed to implement functionality from the product backlog, testing deliverables against user story acceptance tests and unit tests, and executing necessary documentation. You will analyze complex user stories and collaborate with team members to plan sprint tasks, offering expertise in architectural and design decisions.

Assist in processing semi-monthly payroll in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Review, validate, and reconcile employee timesheet data and payroll reports ahead of processing deadlines. Process standard bonus, commission, and incentive payments. Analyze payroll discrepancies and recommend corrective actions to resolve issues efficiently. Maintain and update accurate employee payroll records, including new hire information and status changes.

The Senior Director of Model Validation will conduct comprehensive technical reviews of individual models. The Senior Director will develop and maintain the model inventory. They will present individual validation results and aggregated risk assessments to stakeholders and regulators.
