- Design, develop, and maintain a large, multi-tenant Salesforce environment supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Build and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Provide day-to-day Salesforce platform support, including troubleshooting configuration and code-related issues.
- Create reports and analyses, and present findings at multiple levels.
- Work through the data lifecycle: query, clean, transform, and join disparate data.
- Recalibrate and assist in building new models to enhance decision engines.
