Weβre looking for an Operations Data Analyst to help drive operational excellence across our Customer Experience and Business Operations teams. In this role, youβll analyze customer service trends, operational workflows, and key business KPIs to surface insights that will improve customer satisfaction, streamline internal processes, and inform strategic decisions. Youβll collaborate closely with teams across Customer Service, Operations, Product, and Leadership.
As a member of the escalations team, you are considered a senior member of the Customer Experience organization, handling complex inquiries requiring expertise and customer service finesse. You will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong understanding of policies, procedures, and member needs, collaborating with departments and utilizing feedback to refine support processes and enhance the overall member experience.
