PadSplit is looking for a Director of Design (Product & Marketing) to lead and elevate our design efforts across product and marketing, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience from first engagement to long-term retention. This hybrid role combines hands-on design work with strategic leadership, shaping our brand, refining our design systems, and mentoring a talented team of product and marketing designers.

Expand the PadSplit marketplace by engaging traditional property owners to become Hosts. This role helps homeowners unlock additional income by listing their properties, while creating more shared housing opportunities in the Portland, Oregon market. Prospect and qualify leads, conduct outreach, and host discovery calls to connect with potential property owners. Deliver value propositions and build relationships with property owners, acting as a trusted advisor.
