  • Monitor technical aspects of SGS Natural Resources, Energy, North American Operations in conjunction with Quality Management System and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
  • Establish and maintain lean and effective method validation, verification, and consistency to align with technical requirements.
  • Support corrective actions, liaise with site operations and quality managers, and contribute to training technical staff.

  • Provide expert regulatory guidance on UK and EU legislation for non-food consumer products, ensuring compliance in specifications and labelling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support compliance.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and drive continuous improvement of compliance processes and best practices.

  • Lead the global SGS Academy strategy for Business Assurance, driving profitable growth, commercial effectiveness, and product portfolio development.
  • Oversee operational governance, quality compliance, and financial performance across the academy network to support revenue growth and customer impact.
  • Build and influence a distributed international network by aligning stakeholders behind a common academy strategy and enabling knowledge sharing.

  • Oversee sterilization processes within medical devices and provide technical support across all certification schemes as a fully remote role.
  • Lead a team of MDR Product Assessors-Sterilization, manage resource planning, and drive team performance against global targets.
  • Develop and maintain sterilization QMS documentation aligned with best practices and applicable regulatory requirements.
