Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls with professionalism, resolving inquiries and escalating concerns.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Document calls, complete reports, and meet performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- 1-2 years call center experience, preferably in medical or mental health.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.
Additional Information:
- Fully remote position after up to 60 days of in-person training in Bronx.
- Must reside in the Tri-State Area.
