Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls with professionalism, resolving inquiries and escalating concerns.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Document calls, complete reports, and meet performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • 1-2 years call center experience, preferably in medical or mental health.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.

Additional Information:

  • Fully remote position after up to 60 days of in-person training in Bronx.
  • Must reside in the Tri-State Area.
