Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming patient calls promptly and professionally
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
- Accurately register and update patient information in the system
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Proven prior experience as a Medical Receptionist
- HIPAA certification (mandatory)
- Excellent English communication skills
