We are looking for detail-oriented, highly organized, and customer-obsessed Tour Coordinators to join our Tour Ops team. This role is responsible for scheduling and managing home tours across assigned markets, ensuring a seamless experience for potential residents and internal tour hosts. You will handle a variety of tour types and coordinate inspection coverage in partnership with 1099 contractors and third-party vendors.
The Practice Coordinator will handle managing all pre-visit activities associated with our in-home assessment and telehealth operations. This includes reviewing scheduled appointments, preparing charts and necessary documentation, making outbound calls to members to confirm appointments, and conducting the check-in process. They will also manage schedules, route medical records, and ensure NPs have necessary equipment.
The Centralized Scheduler is responsible for scheduling our patients for therapy throughout an assigned region. A successful candidate has excellent organizational and analytical skills, including troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Possessing strong customer service, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and process improvement are essential.
