The Medicaid Pending Compliance Assistant provides critical administrative and operational support to the Medicaid Pending Compliance Manager in overseeing pending Medicaid accounts for multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). This role helps ensure timely and accurate processing of Medicaid applications, assists with follow-ups, maintains organized documentation, and facilitates communication between facilities, families, and Medicaid agencies.

The Authorization Specialist is responsible for all aspects of the prior authorization process, including collecting documentation, contacting clients, and completing authorizations. The specialist interacts with clients, insurance companies, and sales representatives while maintaining accurate records and providing high-level customer service.

The Medical Records Specialist I (MRS I) is responsible for maintaining, organizing, and managing patient health information in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. This role ensures the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of medical records while supporting care teams and external facilities with timely access to information.
