As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will set up clinicians for success and ensure patients receive high-quality care. This includes reviewing the next-day patient schedule to ensure all necessary registration information is up to date, working cross-functionally to validate data, and gathering missing documentation for in-home Sprinters or virtual providers to complete their visits. This role involves working alongside the nursing team to ensure proper follow-up care is received.

As the Intake Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for many patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. You’ll be responsible for confirming appointments, organizing patient information, and troubleshooting telehealth visit issues. Manage and confirm patient appointments via phone, email, and our scheduling system, collect and organize patient intake information accurately, and support patients in setting up for their telehealth visits.

Oversee the maintenance, security and accuracy of patient health records in compliance with legal, regulatory and ethical standards. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient management of health information systems, supervise medical records staff and collaborate with the clinical team to support quality patient care and data reporting.
