As a Value Based Care (VBC) Medical Record Specialist, you will perform external medical record note review to populate pertinent historical information in the patient’s Accompany Health (AH) athenahealth record, send external Medical Record Requests, and prepare HEDIS measures to alert the provider of current results and open gaps that need to be addressed.
Serve as the operational backbone of the founder’s day-to-day work, ensuring details are clean and wheels are turning to allow the founder to focus on deep client immersion, high-leverage systems design, and intellectual R&D. This is an operational role for someone who finds flow in inbox zero, neatly organized folders, and making chaos calm.
This role is the administrative traffic manager for all incoming requests and someone that is a whiz at organizing all kinds of documents, finding and connecting all the inputs for completing the customer’s RFP, and lending a hand on keeping our Responsive database finely tuned. This person thinks quickly and in multiple dimensions if required!
