The Financial Analyst will lead project-level financial, operating, and performance analysis. You will be the primary driver of project-level financial operations and analysis, including client invoicing and financial planning. The Financial Analyst will be integral to help continue growing over the next several years by contributing to project-level financial operations and company-level reporting.

Nava is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Deputy Program Manager (DPM) / Principal Project Manager to support a key strategic program with an external customer. The ideal candidate will have technical and project management skills, with a track record leading project management teams. The DPM will work with the Program Manager to create reporting systems, quality control measures, and execution plans. The role may require travel to New Jersey for onsite meetings.

Work in the Business Development Team, and help to build the portfolio of mission-aligned IT digital transformation work to modernize government services that support vulnerable populations. Perform full life-cycle capture to include strategic positioning, competitive analyses, client outreach, partner identification/interaction/options, and price to win strategies.

Reporting to the Staffing Manager, the Staffing Associate will primarily be an executor, driving the internal daily tasks associated with staffing a growing professional firm. The Associate will also provide analysis, advice, and recommendations to Nava’s delivery leadership team in making Nava’s matrixed staffing model more efficient, raising potential issues to be prioritized by leadership.

Nava is seeking a Data Engineer to modernize data architectures and pipelines in government programs. You'll design and implement data models and databases, improve data pipelines, enhance data security, and write code to process data more efficiently. You will deploy and operate mission-critical, highly-available, and scalable systems by adopting and defining standards and best practices in data engineering.
