You'll partner with Nava project teams and our governmental partners to quickly and creatively build digital services in alignment with evolving policy and regulations. A key aspect of your role will be to bridge the gap between statutory requirements and practical product design, ensuring our solutions are compliant and user-centric. You’ll translate complex policies into actionable insights for technologists, and conversely, communicate technological possibilities and limitations to policy and operations audiences.

The Product Quality Analyst ensures the accuracy, accessibility, and usability of digital products for a paid leave benefit program. You will execute manual testing of web applications to meet functional requirements and user needs. Collaboration across scrum teams and leading small QA efforts will be part of your role.
