The Talent Acquisition Data Specialist plays a critical role in strengthening Nava’s data-driven hiring strategies, managing, analyzing, and interpreting TA data to help inform strategic decisions across recruiting and workforce planning. The role involves building and maintaining dashboards,generating reports, and delivering key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and pipeline effectiveness.

As a Tech Lead, you will define the technical strategy and lead the engineering team in building modern, scalable, open-source solutions. You will coordinate across delivery teams, guide architecture and implementation, and ensure that the system meets business needs, technical standards, and long-term maintainability goals.

The Senior Security Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of security controls for our clients’ systems. Apply Zero Trust principles across system design and integrations. Threat model and penetration test our systems and third party applications, with remediation of issues. Implement automated defense and detection at the operating system and container level.
