Job Description
The Business Services and Operations Associate supports the Business Services and Operations team in delivering a range of core functions. These include travel logistics, employee engagement coordination, procurement support, and day-to-day operational and administrative support. This role plays a key part in supporting Navaβs remote employees by supporting improvements to our operational culture and ensuring seamless experiences across our national team.
What you'll do:
Provide support for internal mailing, shipping, and product tracking services, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation. Contribute to Navaβs financial health through accurate budget tracking, reporting, and timely expense reimbursements. Manage and triage Eden tickets related to setup, travel, expenses, office access, and general employee inquiries. Coordinate logistics for internal and external contacts, including travel arrangements and room scheduling for meetings and events. Offer logistical assistance for training, onboarding sessions, and virtual events. Maintain service trackers, vendor contracts, and documentation to support operational continuity.
