Executive Business Partner

In this role, you will be a vital support to the platform leadership team at Coinbase, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication within the team. You will leverage your experience working with Executives in product/engineering to understand their priorities and manage their time effectively, while utilizing your strong organizational skills to manage tasks within large teams. A positive attitude and adaptability will be essential as you navigate shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also be part of a centralized EA/EBP team and will work crossfunctionally with other Coinbase EAs, providing support and coverage for the team. Responsibilities include supporting two VPs of Engineering, heavy scheduling, working with large engineering teams of engineers, prioritizing hiring for Exec for a growing team, knowing Infra’s priorities and making judgements calls on Exec’s behalf.
