Build high-performance services using Golang and gRPC, creating seamless integrations that elevate Coinbase's customer experience. Adopt, learn, and drive best practices in design techniques, coding, testing, documentation, monitoring, and alerting. Demonstrate a keen awareness of Coinbase’s platform, development practices, and various technical domains, and build upon them to efficiently deliver improvements across multiple teams.
Responsible for the operating rhythm that keeps Coinbase’s Platform PG running predictably, transparently, and effectively. You’ll be embedded in one of our three largest pillars ( Product Foundations, Blockchain Platform, or Infrastructure) to ensure pillar‑specific priorities are delivered at the highest quality. Intake, triage, and clarify operational requests from central ops into actionable, scoped initiatives. Manage planning cycles, reprioritizations, and key ceremonies. Identify and deliver process, tooling, and communication improvements.
