The client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our sales team and manage our CRM system. This is a full-time remote role focused on maintaining smooth sales operations, improving communication flow, and ensuring consistent use of our Builder Prime CRM platform.

Serve as the trusted right-hand to our senior engineering leaders, orchestrating their success across various functions. You will be responsible for Guiding information flow, Informing decisions, Offering strategic counsel, Owning our dashboards, Operating Rhythms, Optimizing operations and Priorities, commitments, and status. Fostering collaboration, serving as an integrator, building cohesion across departments, unifying organizational objectives and promoting a strong engineering culture.
