This is a newly created, high-impact leadership role that will shape how Mozilla supports, stewards, and learns from its global communities. As the VP, Community at Mozilla Foundation, you will co-create Mozilla Foundationβs community strategy in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role involves designing and implementing equitable systems for community participation, leadership, and input across Mozillaβs programs and developing mechanisms to surface community-defined priorities and ensure these are reflected in organizational strategy and resource allocation.
Hold structured meetings with individuals to identify appropriate study and support strategies to facilitate participation in their study activities, including NMH and travel support. Evaluate the suitability of hardware, software, assistive technology, and other aids. Produce formal written needs assessment reports and respond to post-assessment queries. Conduct reviews of customer needs when requested.
