Support NIQ with contractual compliance matters. The applicant will work directly with our Contract Management Team, Deal Desk, Sales, Finance, and Legal functions to manage the review and validation for signature, execution, archiving, and distribution of all licensing agreements for our customers. The position is critical to revenue recognition.

The Patient Liaison is responsible for the intake of information from referral sources and scheduling patients, including creating initial files, obtaining authorization, gathering necessary information, and providing appointments at appropriate clinics for therapy or functional testing. This role supports Upstream Rehabilitation's mission, vision, and values in a remote contact center environment, requiring 100% phone work.

This role involves identifying and executing new ways to engage with lawmakers, supporting program and content development, collecting and analyzing data, systems development and improvement, coordinating internal and cross-team workstreams, and managing team operations. The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing programs for lawmakers focused on effective governance to achieve the American Promise, as well as managing team systems and operations to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with TSP goals.
