DMI is seeking a Summer Program Support Intern to support their Federal and Corporate Services divisions. The intern will provide general support to various DMI clients and internal leaders with program-related or contractual needs. They should be creative problem solvers excited to work in new technology areas.

The Program and Operations Assistant performs a broad range of administrative functions that enhance the efficiency and advance the mission of the Campaign Strategy Department. Primary responsibilities of this role include providing detail-oriented administrative support to Chief Program Officer and senior Campaign Strategy leadership, as well as providing operational support duties for the campaign and its staff.

Be a trusted partner to our executives, providing administrative and strategic support on a day to day basis. Act as a gatekeeper for your leaders, managing calendars and scheduling meetings according to your leaders’ priorities. Plan and execute department level offsites, meetings, and events.

This role is vital for Thatch, spearheading the operational process of streamlining enrollments and payments of Thatch members to national insurance carriers in cases where automation hasn’t been built yet. As a member of the Carrier Operations team, you will assist with ensuring that customers are enrolled and paid for with health insurance carriers, interact with Engineering, and engage with customers.

The Clinical Data Reporter reviews test reports for accuracy of patient demographics, clinic information, and regulatory compliance in case-files, and updates patient accounts. The reporter also communicates with other specialists to obtain required information and resolve issues, while maintaining a positive, service-oriented attitude.
