Serve as the primary analytics resource for Coding Leadership, transforming coding, revenue cycle, and financial data into actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports related to productivity, quality, and workflow outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders to support reporting, technology enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.

Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 codes to outpatient visits and physician encounters. Review medical records thoroughly to code diagnoses, procedures, and evaluation and management services. Resolve NCCI, NCD/LCD, and other outpatient edit claim failures while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Medical Coding
Assigns ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 codes to complex outpatient encounters, including Observation stays and Same Day Surgery. Reviews medical records thoroughly to ensure accurate diagnosis and procedure codes with at least 95% accuracy. Resolves NCCI edits, queries physicians for documentation clarification, and utilizes 3M Encoder for coding accuracy.
