The Operations Coordinator, HB Coding reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. The Operations Coordinator, HB Coding is a subject matter expert and role model of the Coding Department and coordinates a team effort to compile and maintain data for various functional areas within the Coding Department at NM.
This is a remote position however, the Account Service Coordinator will be expected to travel to client sites in and around: Willowbrook, Orland Park, Evergreen Park, Mokena, Herscher, Hinsdale, Joliet, Kankakee, Olympia Fields, Oaklawn and Palos Heights. In this role, the Account Services Coordinator will maintain relationship management responsibility while executing new project startups and assisting with the on-boarding process supporting both the Sales & Client piece.

Focuses on readmission prevention by following patients for the first 14 days on home health. Responsibilities include frequent phone calls and timely interventions when patients need assistance. Requires in-office presence with every other weekend rotation, with potential for remote work on weekends only.
The HB Coding Analyst is the coding and reimbursement expert in ICD-10-CM diagnosis coding and has expertise with HCPC Level I and II procedural codes. Also demonstrates expertise to resolve NCD/LCD and NCCI edits of hard-coded (Chargemaster) and soft-coded (coder assigned) HCPC codes.
The Coding Specialist II reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. CANDIDATE MUST HAVE ANESTHESIA CODING EXPERIENCE. The PB Coding Specialist II performs Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) and International Classification of Diseases, volume 10 (ICD10) coding through abstraction of the medical record with a focus on more complex encounters and/or has expertise with HCPCs procedural codes.
The Billing Coordinator reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM and coordinates timely and accurate professional billing, remaining up to date regarding company-wide and industry billing and coding changes while performing various administrative and clerical duties.
The PB System Integration Analyst II ensures accurate processing of patient charges and optimal utilization of the electronic medical records system. You will partner with business owners across the revenue cycle, clinical leadership, and IT to identify and analyze the root cause of user and system issues. You will also maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.
