The Sr. Software QA Engineer will perform as a member of a dynamic software engineering team developing cutting edge energy storage tools. The Sr. Software QA Engineer will test software/hardware for ongoing development projects and be responsible for developing and maintaining test cases using Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.

Responsible for ensuring that all software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability, working closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to identify, report, and track bugs and issues, ensuring software products are functional, user-friendly, and meet the needs of clients.

In this role as Senior QA Engineer you will support our engineering team by maintaining and improving the quality of our software products as part of the release process and in an ongoing fashion. This includes tasks such as analyzing and reporting defects captured by our automated testing frameworks, as well as defining and implementing new test cases, improving and scaling our testing capabilities and infrastructure.

MEMX is searching for a QA Engineer to build test scripts to improve coverage on our newly launched equities exchange. A successful candidate will have the potential to write test scripts and help with functional and non functional QA test activities. The ideal candidate has hands on testing experience at a financial institution, preferably an exchange.
