As Pharmacy Communications PM, you’ll be the nerve center connecting our company and our partner pharmacies, turning noise into signal and friction into speed. Responsibilities include triaging messages, drafting updates, maintaining visibility, hosting stand-ups, coordinating feedback, creating SOPs, training hires, building dashboards, and leading post-mortems.
As volume grows, Winona needs a strategist-builder who can turn Intercom into a force-multiplier—launching smarter automations, crafting self-serve content, and giving reps super-powers so they can focus on empathy, not clicks.
Lead the development and management of patient-facing materials across multiple channels. Responsible for planning, writing, and organizing educational content that helps patients understand and navigate their care. Work with clinical, product, and support teams to identify common questions, create helpful resources, and maintain them over time. Help manage the production of content using internal and external collaborators like video editors, copywriters, and medical experts.
