In this role as Senior QA Engineer, you will play a dual role in triage management and QA engineering, ensuring a high-quality user experience and faster issue resolution. You will establish a structured bug triage process while also contributing to test planning, automation, and release validation across key product domains. Drive continuous improvements in QA processes.

The QA Engineer will actively engage with Product Owners and the Development team around building out the functionality of our fintech back-office restaurant accounting software module that offers food cost management, payroll, plus much more. Execute test plans to ensure control functions and data meet requirements. Increase efficiency by leveraging automation in the test tool infrastructure.
