Integrate configuration management (CM) discipline with requirements management and document control, supporting system development, testing, and sustainment activities.

The Senior Developer will design, build, and sustain scalable, accessible, and compliant web applications across AWS GovCloud IL2–IL5 environments, ensuring data integrity, user privacy, and system resilience throughout Agile release cycles.

The Quality Assurance Specialist will drive process compliance and continuous improvement, ensuring all deliverables, milestones, and technical outputs meet established performance, quality, and contractual standards. The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will implement and maintain the Quality Management Plan, aligning program processes with ISO 9001, CMMI, and DoD quality frameworks.
