The IT Manager will offer hands-on leadership for IT operations, supporting International SOS Government Medical Services, Inc., which has a single headquarters site and a largely remote workforce. Balancing service delivery with technology road-mapping and budget stewardship, the role ensures the organization meets its mission, contractual, and regulatory demands, covering help desk, infrastructure, security, and compliance.

We are seeking a highly technical Manager of Information Technology (IT) to lead and support all aspects of our IT operations in a fast-paced telecommunications environment. This individual will oversee internal IT support (Helpdesk), corporate infrastructure (on-prem and cloud), endpoint management, network security, and ensure high system availability and performance across a globally distributed workforce.

The ITMS Support Specialist – Tier 2 will handle escalated technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and end-to-end resolution for complex IT support requests. They will collaborate with Tier 1 technicians and other technical teams to maintain service excellence and ensure a seamless client experience.

The IT Support Specialist role will contribute to help desk, system and computer support. Alongside the IT team, the IT Support Specialist will be responsible for certain tasks and special projects may be assigned in addition to required daily tasks. Main responsibilities include configuring and supporting laptops, troubleshooting issues, and providing remote connectivity support.

As a Systems Engineer in the IT team, you will work as part of an internal function that partners closely with stakeholders across the business, playing a key role in ensuring the seamless operation, integration and optimisation of critical systems within Form3. Hold responsibility for the maintenance, effectiveness and security of key internal systems.

The Systems Engineer will design, implement, and maintain enterprise Entra ID B2B collaboration solutions within the VA’s environments. This role involves technical oversight of system integrations, security configurations, and application support to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant B2B operations across VA agencies and partners. The engineer will collaborate with cybersecurity, support teams, and project managers to optimize system performance and security.

The Microsoft Entra ID Engineer will support inter-agency B2B collaboration initiatives, managing, maintaining, and securing Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and related systems, ensuring compliance with federal standards and VA policies. This role involves collaborating across teams to support site assessments, system integrations, security measures, and help desk operations related to B2B initiatives and data management.

This is a strategic, hands-on IT Manager role to lead the IT function in partnership with an outsourced IT services provider. The individual will ensure the delivery of reliable, secure, and compliant IT services across the organization. This role requires a leader who is just as comfortable setting long-term IT strategy as they are troubleshooting day-to-day issues and includes travel up to 15%.
