Dragos is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design, maintain , and optimize our development infrastructure. This role is ideal for a proactive engineer with deep technical expertise and a passion for automation, scalability, and reliability. You will play a critical role in ensuring our systems run smoothly and securely, supporting the backbone of our engineering operations.

This role provides escalation support for server and cloud systems to RFA and its clients. Support areas include all Client and RFA computer infrastructure. In addition, this role is responsible for organizing highly complex activities for IT development, task coordination, implementation, and maintenance of technology initiatives. The Systems Administrator must always display a high-level of professionalism and sound judgment by promoting superior service to RFA clients.

The role is fully remote, but the candidate must be based in Ireland or the UK. Occasional after hours, weekends and holidays support for urgent customer issues. Must have excellent customer focus and communication, friendly interaction and passion to help customers with their software issues. Ability to troubleshoot customer issues in an environment where online and remotely connected to the customer’s systems.

$105,000–$115,000/yr

Occasional after hours, weekends and holidays support for urgent customer issues, troubleshooting customer issues remotely, and driving customer satisfaction by tracking issues from start to closure are all aspects of this job. Provide root cause analysis for technical issues! Assist with creating and maintaining relevant knowledge articles. Work with other internal stakeholders as needed to enhance the overall customer experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills promote best practise and new methodologies.

As a Technical Consultant – VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), you will be an integral member of a collaborative team focused on deploying next-generation Data Center and hybrid cloud solutions. You will support project teams by contributing to designing, developing, and deploying VCF-based architectures, ensuring that solutions are well-documented, secure, and aligned with business objectives. You will also participate in customer demos, workshops, and meetings with a professional demeanor.
