Responsibilities:
- Provide remote IT support across multiple clients via a shared inbound queue.
- Manage support queries in a ticketing system and follow change control procedures.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of IT experience in desktop support, systems engineering, or administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking.
Desirable Qualities:
- Financial industry experience with Bloomberg, Reuters, or FactSet.
- MSP experience with ConnectWise and exposure to Azure or AWS workloads.
