Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting across operating systems, servers, business applications, and network infrastructure.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory, and support virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V.
- Act as an escalation point for technicians and deliver excellent client service.
Requirements:
- At least three years of IT support or systems administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS, Windows Server 2016-2025, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualization technologies.
