  • Serve as escalation point for technicians.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of IT support experience.
  • Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Server 2016-2025, VMware/Hyper-V, Azure, and M365.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
