Accountabilities:
- Monitor and maintain Azure and Microsoft 365 services across identity, networking, and platform monitoring environments.
- Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests while following change-control procedures.
- Create and improve technical runbooks, knowledge articles, and operational documentation.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, or enterprise cloud operations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, networking, endpoint, and application layers.
- Experience with ticketing, incident management, and change-control processes.
