Manager, IT Systems Engineering

How You'll Make An Impact:

• Design, implement, and manage switching, wireless, firewalls, SD-WAN, VPN, and LAN/WAN connectivity for new-site deployments and ongoing operations.
• Manage and continuously improve core IT enterprise solutions such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive services.
• Lead device provisioning and lifecycle management using Microsoft Intune and JAMF for corporate, remote, and clinical users.

The Expertise Required:

• Demonstrated experience supporting geographically distributed environments and managing enterprise networks, Microsoft cloud services, endpoint platforms, and complex technology initiatives.
• Strong communication, vendor management, budgeting, prioritization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled automation and workflows with appropriate security, data-governance, reliability, and business-value considerations.

How We Work Together:

• Location: Remote within the United States; 100% work performed in a remote office environment.
• Travel: Minimal national travel, varying based on business needs and clinical-site installations.
• Physical demands: Ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment, walking, standing, sitting, lifting up to 25 lbs, and driving.
