About the Role:
- The Managed Services Enterprise Architect bridges strategic security architecture with hands-on delivery.
- Must be based in the United States and travel up to 30% may be required.

- Implement event management, monitoring, observability, and AIOps.
- Author operational runbooks and automation for repeatable service delivery.
- Design secure network architectures and develop firewall/IPS rules.
