This is a highly technical role providing excellent career development opportunities. You will work closely with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and various teams to maintain and improve the security posture of Atlas and its clients. Responsibilities include vulnerability and risk management, due diligence, industry benchmark alignment, SOC 2 maintenance, and incident response.

Collaborates with engineering and product on improving existing and building new product features with focus on threat modeling, assurance and secure implementation. Identifies security gaps and vulnerabilities in ClickHouse Cloud and OSS, triages a wide range of vulnerabilities reported via our bug bounty program, responsible disclosure, GitHub Issues covering web, API and server - client assets including low level memory issues like heap or buffer overflows. Drives implementation and usage of engineering security tools.

Mitigate SaaS risk with deep experience in managing, mitigating, and monitoring SaaS risk, focusing on technical analysis and implementing mitigations. Build security programs that scale, turning emerging functions into durable, repeatable practices. As a Staff Security Engineer, they should be comfortable dealing with ambiguous problem spaces, working proactively, and influencing effectively. Partner with Security leaders to define team direction and align security investments with business goals.

Halcyon is hiring a Detection Content Lead to own and scale our security content operations, starting with kernel drivers, file analysis, and certificate management. This is a player-coach role where you'll do hands-on content work while building the team and systems needed for growth.
