What You Will Do:

- Drive operational health through data, workload balancing, and quality reviews.

What You Will Bring:
- 7+ years in cybersecurity operations with at least 2 years leading teams or functions.
- Strong technical understanding of endpoint, network, cloud, and identity telemetry.
- Experience using operational metrics to deliver measurable improvements.
Operational Focus:
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, process redesign, and cross-functional partnerships.
- Ensure operational resilience with contingency plans for unexpected demand or disruptions.
- Maintain a global 24x7 service through effective handovers and collaboration across regions.
