About the Role:
- Lead and mature the Security & Threat Operations function for our brokerage platform and corporate environment.
- Report to the CISO and grow the team while establishing its operating model and roadmap.
- Act as Incident Commander and drive measurable improvements in detection, response, and exposure management.
What You'll Do:
- Own detection engineering, monitoring, and digital risk monitoring across product and corporate environments.
- Manage the incident response lifecycle, including forensic evidence handling, containment, and recovery.
- Operate and tune security controls like DLP, WAF, and email filtering in partnership with engineering teams.
You Bring:
- 10+ years in security operations or incident response, including 3+ years managing technical teams.
- Deep expertise in threat intelligence, SIEM, endpoint analytics, and defensive validation.
- Working knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, API security, and scripting with Python or SQL.
