About the Role:
- This is a founding leadership role to build and grow Motive's SOC from scratch.
- Report to the CISO and own the full detection and response lifecycle.
- Scope spans product, production, and corporate environments.
What You’ll Do:
- Stand up and grow the SOC with a globally distributed team.
- Own detection strategy, 24/7 incident response, and security telemetry platform.
- Extend detection into production and cloud workloads with AI-first automation.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years in security operations with 3+ years leading teams.
- Demonstrably hands-on with detections, investigations, and automation.
- Strong background in cloud and container security, especially AWS and Kubernetes.
