As a Senior Workforce Analyst, you will work within the Post Sales Organization & teams across the business to manage Motive’s customer engagement. You will use your strong analytical and problem-solving skills while thriving in a challenging and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing support to operational staff remotely and ensuring smooth delivery of Quantitative SLAs/KPIs through efficient workforce management.

The Recruiter will partner with GTM leadership in Mexico to continue supporting the build of our Mexico team. This individual ideally has worked at a start-up in a fast paced environment and also successfully lead complex, strategic sales searches in Mexico.

You will lead a 15+ member team managing daily VF deal operations, driving initiatives for deal efficiency, new financing solutions, and strong GTM/lender relationships to achieve sales objectives and key cash generation targets.

You will own key experiences across fleet management that thousands of dispatchers, operators, and drivers rely on every day. You will partner with engineering, data, design, and GTM teams to deliver products that serve local hauliers and global enterprises alike.

Responsible for optimizing a best-in-class Upmarket Outbound Sales Development team dedicated to pipeline generation through outbound efforts. Demands strong leadership skills and a proven ability to deliver results. Coaching Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to enhance the quality of meetings set, focusing on strategic prospecting, organization, and objection handling.

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be integral to driving growth and maintaining strong relationships within our Enterprise sales segment, focusing on U.S.-based customers with 150-999 vehicles. This role combines strategic sales practices with proactive account management, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service while identifying opportunities for revenue expansion through upsells, cross-sells, renewals, and product adoption.

As a Motive Automotive Service Technician, this role involves being a key member of the Connected Devices/Hardware team, utilizing a deep understanding of Motive Hardware, industry best practices, and Automotive networking technologies. You will be responsible for installation, connectivity and feature quality of telematics devices within customer vehicles and provide solutions.

Motive is seeking two entrepreneurial Growth Interns to join our Marketing team and help reimagine how we operate using AI. These interns will help design and develop engaging AI apps and workflows as part of our innovative marketing and sales efforts. It’s a “build and launch” one.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for issues and questions about Motive. You will provide assistance via calls and emails, and will have the opportunity to define Motive’s support processes and work with the team to develop and scale the Technical Support function. You will answer inbound inquiries coming through Motive’s support hotline, live chat feature or support email address, collect customer support requests and bugs and relay findings to the product and engineering teams and evaluate existing tools.
