Manager/Senior Manager FP&A- GTM

What You'll Do:

• Lead GTM planning and performance management, owning monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes.
• Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive resource allocation and strategic decisions.
• Manage and develop FP&A team members, improving financial models and data quality.

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ years (Manager) or 10+ years (Sr. Manager) in FP&A or related analytical field with strong financial modeling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to connect financial results to operational drivers and translate analysis into clear decisions.
• High ownership, sound judgment, and experience leading cross-functional workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology business with familiarity with GTM metrics.
• Experience with systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Pigment, Snowflake, Tableau, or SQL-based analytics.
• Experience building scalable reporting and automated planning workflows.
